In my place of work, we recieved multiple different emails from one customer containing important information, all of which pertains to one ticket. Is there any way for me to combine all of these tickets into one main ticket that will then be built Beitrag ansehen

I would like the ability to send an automated email to a contact (customer) when a ticket is created for them. The customer should be able to reply to this email to add comments or attachments to the ticket. We are using a custom contact form Beitrag ansehen

Hey hey, we would appreciate the feature, that email signatures will automatically be added when a team member replies to an email within the Conversations / Team inbox. Currently we are using snippets as a workaround, but that should not be the Beitrag ansehen

Automatic email signatures work in Service Tickets but not in the Conversations Inbox. Please extend this functionality to conversations!

Currently there's no way to generate a direct link for a contact to access their subscription preferences page. The only way we can direct a contact to resubscribe is 1) ask them to find an old email we sent them before they unsubscribed, 2) tell th Beitrag ansehen

HubSpot has the ability to send an update preferences link through an email using {{unsubscribe_link}} - ansehen
