Currently, you can select conditional logic to make a specific object card appear on the left sidebar. Unfortunately, you can only select one condition. I propose to add the ability to add more conditions to this logic, as in some cases only read more

When a help desk ticket is created, there is no current functionality where it can be deleted if need be. It would be nice to create some type of option for deleting help desk tickets, versus just "closing" it as it could impact completion perce read more
