option to add a file in snippet
Option to add a file in the snippet; I have a file like a copy of our terms and conditions, or W9 that I need to share with my customers, cant I upload it and keep it so that I can use it as a template every time a customer reaches out?

CSAT report from hubspot
Hi All, Yesterday my CEO wanted me to generate October month's Agent wise CSAT report, problem I faced was that Hubspot doesn't think an agent's name matters in the CSAT report/export 🤦 If someone is listening to these from Hubspot, please add the Beitrag ansehen

Actually don't care anymore, sick and tired of raising feature requests, I moved my team out of Hubspot

How to get CSAT report
I am currently trying to get a CSAT report showing satisfaction percentage by the agent but couldn't do it, even the export doesnt have the agent's name. Is there possibly any way to get the CSAT percentage as per the assigned agent for month da Beitrag ansehen

Is there a connector to sync reports to google sheet?
I have set up a google studio dashboard to track my teams' performance, but I am unable to connect a report based on conversations to google sheet so that I can use it as a data source Freshdesk does it like a boss: https://support.freshdesk.com/ Beitrag ansehen
