When attempting to merge tickets, the option to Merge tickets is not listed in the ACTIONS dropdown menu. Any ideas on why it is not there?
Thanls Olivia. I found a Actions window if I put the mouse over the ticket and Preview the ticket. There is a Merge option there.

When clicking on the link to "View Ticket" from Outlook, a blank screen opens. How can this be corrected?

I have created a team to receive notifications of when a particular form is submitted. The form has multiple categories and would like to assign the ticket to the team member for a particular category. Any suggestions?
