「NPS」の取得方法について
はじめまして先月からHubspotの利用を開始した者です。 顧客に対して「NPS」の取得を検討しているのですが、 下記理由でプロパティの作成、ワークフローの構築を進められない状態です。 ■「顧客との最初の接点から〇日目のNPS」という形式でデータを保持したいが、 その場合、プロパティを作り続けないといけないのかorそれしか方法がないのかがわからない （弊社の顧客の中には、「顧客との最初の接点」から1500日を超える顧客もおり、仮に30日スパンでNPSを取得しようとした場合 read more
