I woul dlike to evaluate how long a deal stays in one stage for example how long it took our sales person to go from contatcting a cutsomer to giving them a quotation? If i go into a deal, the information is there. It shows: Deal XYZ moved to S Beitrag ansehen

We just feel we pay so much for Hubspot why can't they have it as part of their CRM like Pipedrive? Why pay for another app??

I would like to create a custom report where i can see how much time my contacts spend in each stage of their Contact Lifecycle. I am looking for something much like the "time in deal stage" available for deals. I know that hubspot has the Beitrag ansehen

Hi, is there a way how I can see in dashboard current deal stages and current time in each stage. I found out that "Time in stage xxx" shows values only for deals which finished, has been moved from this stage. This would help us to underst Beitrag ansehen

You can contact Pipedrive and find out how they did it. Their system calculates time in stage and shows it on each deal.

It would be great to be able to download call recordings from the browser (I understand that you can do it through the API now) so that we send the recordings to others outside our organization.
