Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows. An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email read more

So that in a contact view there's a single click option to go to some website query based on variables. Use cases - quick google, credit checks, and many more. At time of writing you can do rich text fields with below however they require 3 read more

We can access templates for emails but cannot access anything in our playbooks. That makes no sense to me. If I'm mobile and want to send something from playbook like an agreement after a call to customer, I have to go outside the HubSpot to email read more
