Currently, Unsubscribe in HubSpot only affects marketing email. There should be a setting or unsubscribe explicitly for transactional email too.

Agreed. We've had to handle this manually with a transactional opt out list for people who ask to be unsubscribed even when they're already opted out...read more

When you use HubSpot's testing tool, integrated with Litmus, 8 "popular clients" are checked by default. We identified our own list to strive towards in testing, which we want to test a lengthy series of email layouts against prior to deployment. I read more

I have noticed that we can look into workflow revision history but we do not have the option to restore that previous revision history. I would really like to be able to restore based off revision history, we can currently do this for landing pages. read more
