Adding Call Type to criteria for workflows and lists
It would be nice to be able to filter contacts by custom call type and meetings. This could help target and better segment where a contact stands in the sales process. Ideally, you could pull the data in both Lists and Workflows.

Folders to organize Workflows
Similar to the new folders to organize contact list, the same organization for workflows is needed. Many of my workflows automate specific campaigns or simple administrative tasks. Many of them are related or unrelated in someway. I would love a Lire la suite

SalesPro- Cannot use Workflow
Is anyone else unable to create workflows? My create work flow button is unclickable. I was grandfathered into Sales Pro and have not yet had access to this functionality.
