CTA not displaying Meeting Scheduling page

Hi there, I have set the action to be a scheduling page, but it is not displaying that. Instead it is just displaying the header text of the form. How do I go about making sure that after submission the user lands on the scheduling page?

The ability to tie custom events to a campaign

Currently Hubspot does not support the ability to tie custom events to a campaign. For example, if you have a CTA on a page that you are tracking through custom events, you can not tie that CTA to a campaign. This would be useful and helpful.
