Live chat to have queue number or expected wait time
With the agent live chat it will be a better customer service to have an expected waiti time on live chat or even better show them their position in the queue so they know whether to abandon or not. This is on our current version a nd we wouldnt wan read more

Chat queue for HubSpot Support
Chat support is great, so great that the reps are often all taken 🙂 and the support channel is grayed out. It's tough not knowing whether I could check back in 5 minutes or whether it's best to use another support option. With that in mind, read more
