Help Desk Views
The new Help Desk workspace allows you to create custom views, however, the "filters" at the top (where it shows "Unassigned", "All Open" etc. Tickets) is a view in itself so doesn't take into account the custom view and its filters you have created Beitrag ansehen

Close CTAs if no form fill
I have a CTA that includes a form which asks if a page was useful or not and I am looking to display it only on certain pages when a user is on that page in our platform. I use the "if" website URL filter which correctly shows the CTA when I lan Beitrag ansehen

Automatically Associate Tickets with Deals
Our teams work primarily from deals, so it would be extremely helpful if a ticket is created by a contact associated with a deal that it can also be associated automatically with their relevant deal.

Show marketing emails in associated deals
Our sales team uses deals to do their work and we have workflows set up to send emails to prospects when different actions occur (e.g. they missed their demo, they need to onboard etc.) However, marketing emails do not show on the associated deal re Beitrag ansehen
