I'd love to see different alert tones available for forms, revisits, chats, etc., and perhaps something more intense for incoming chats as they can be easy to miss even with all alert types set to on. As I'm often multitasking, the only thing that read more

I'm shocked that there is no way to restrict user access to the Analytics Tool similar to dashboards with a similar functionality as the dashboards where we can set access by user or team. We have sales reps who are restricted to seeing only the dat read more

The deal enrollment criteria for workflows has it's limitations. There are work arounds but that is cumbersome and shouldn't be required. I would like to see list membership allowed for deal enrollment. I would like to see the option to include be read more

It seems odd that Lists do not include Deals Object properties... and makes list membership suboptimal for enrollment triggers for deal-based workflows. The other option is to make workflows cross-object like reports.
