Possibility to disable Delete function from Inbox and Tickets sections
Sometimes users delete mails from Inbox and Tickets section. It will be a good option to add the ability to disable Delete function for some users.

This is a must, users can inadvertently delete customer requests in the form of tickets.

Specify the order of CRM cards
Add a feature to specify the order of CRM card of assocaited records depending on which record you are viewing them from. The feature would need to be able to specify a field and the ordering, so if you select a Date you could pick "newest to read more

Limit who can create new object records (companies, deals, contacts, etc)
I want my reps to be able to edit records they are assigned to, but not have the ability to create a new record (deal, company or contact). With anyone being able to create a record, we deal with duplicates, false information, and skewed data. read more

Default "From" email on Ticket email function
