Strategy to limit multiple false "Open Email" Notifications for the same tracked email

False opens and link clicks
When sending an email to a prospect, if I open the email in my sent folder to view it or click on the document link in the email, it will log as if the prospect has opened the email and viewed the page. Is there something that I am missing on my read more
