See what people are typing in chat
As we are chatting with users on the site we should be able to see exactly what they are typing in real time. Tawk has this feature and we would gain the super valuable information from people typing something and then deleting it, then sending some 続きを読む

Conversation Inbox filter by mailbox
Hi, I am struggling to get an answer on this and have advised to post on here instead. I have connected two Office365 mailboxes to 1 Conversation Inbox. How can I filter on each mailbox? Sales have advised its not possible to do this an 続きを読む

Filter Conversation Inbox by mailbox
It would be great to be able to filter a conversation inbox by mailbox instead of just channel. E.g. I have connected two mailboxes into 1 Inbox but cannot filter or sort on the conversation by mailbox. You can only filter on channel, e.g. Email 続きを読む
