Currently, there's a limit on how many associated records can be updated via a workflow action. The limit is 100 associated records. As there could be more than 100 deals or 100 contacts associated with a company, the workflow will not copy the read more

Currently, it's not possible to delete a user comment or recall a chat message if it has been sent out. It'd be really great if we can delete a user comment that has been added to the wrong conversation so as to avoid confusion or to have the abilit read more

There is no sound notification when a new chat comes in. We are only getting a sound notification once someone has responded to the chat. This is very ineffective and it's causing us to miss chats.
