The button in the nav bar requires a link, so I can't add the anchor #hs-chat-open to trigger the chat like I did with all the other buttons on the page. Does anyone know a way around this?

How can you make sure that tasks only get assigned on business days? This option only seems available on 1, 2, or 3 business days later. When selecting, "notify a week later", for example, notifications arrive on the weekend as those days are inclu read more
