CTA Beta Button/Form Tracking

Popup form exclusion addition

Knowledge Base Article Notifications
It would be helpful to be able to set a workflow based on the "helpful" or "not helpful" rating in KB articles. If a KB article is not helpful or has an issue, we would be able to receive a notification to review and adjust that article.

Deal & Ticket Default Property View
It seems in a recent update that the defualt left record view has been adjusted. As a super admin, I used to be able to adjust the default views and see what they look like. Now, I am unable to view these adjustments unless I keep changing my team. read more
