I know documentation says the values for "became a lead date" and other lifecycle stages can't be updated, but can they become editable? Any mistaken updates to a contact's lifecycle stage will require someone to manually update the stages the day o read more

We have created a Custom Object for Sales Tickets and use a pipeline BUT we are not able to make any properties mandatory unless its at the creation stage. We want to be able to make certain properties mandatory at certain pipeline stages. For read more

The styling on Playbooks makes Playbooks very hard to read and really messes with the usability of this tool. It would be great if you had more control over the fonts and font sizes, etc. But at a minimum please make the size of the fonts re read more
