Roland Weber brings a long history of technical business development, sales and leadership across several global leaders in the fields of Construction, Mining & Oil & Gas and Transport, spanning from the America’s through Europe and Africa to Asia and APAC. Organisations included Umicore, a multinational materials technology company headquartered in Belgium; Ultraspin Technology, a global leader in separation technology headquartered in Australia; The Weir Group, a Scottish multinational engineering company headquartered in Glasgow; and MaxiTrans, Australia’s largest manufacturer of transport trailing equipment. Roland Weber received a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Cumbria with a focus on leadership and sustainability.

Create yearly sales goals
At the moment, we can only create monthly, quarterly goals. If we have a yearly goal for the team, we'd need to break it down by 12 months/quarter. It'll be great if we have the capability to report a yearly goal.

Yearly goals should align with fiscal year
Currently it is possible to type in a yearly goal in the goals module, past or present years. But even though an account it set up with a fiscal year that does not align with the calendar year, Hubspot insist that "yearly goals" = calendar year. 続きを読む

Goals - for financial year
There is a fault in Goals within Sales Professional that prevents monthly goals/targets extending beyond the calendar year. Many businesses have financial year that does not align with calendar year (as in my case April to March). In common with man 続きを読む

Allow the use of fiscal year when creating revenue goals
Currently, the revenue goals tool is very useful, but it doesn't allow you to make goals in a different year than the year the goal started in, which is not conducive to people who function on a fiscal year rather than calendar year. Please allow fo 続きを読む

Forecast Date Range- Custom for Fiscal Year
Would be helpful to be able to filter the date ranges on the forecast feature in a custom range. For instance, we run on a fiscal year July1- June 30. And now, as it stands we can not forecast on this date range.
