Keep quotes accessible after expiration
It’s a nightmare that quotes are no longer accessible for the customer nor possible to just reactivate them as a seller. It would be OK to have customers access it but as „expired“. For sales, recreating a quote just because a customer orders a few Beitrag ansehen

Complete agree and espeically with MThunberg - even if the customer couldn't see the quote, we as HS users should still be able to follow the origina...Beitrag ansehen

Export quotes data to an excel spreadsheet
We generate quotes usisng HubSpot quoting tool, included in Professional version of the software. Unfortunatly this information cannot be accessed afterwards, we can only gereta e file with all the quotes ever sent in PDF format, that is not usefull Beitrag ansehen

How is it that we can't export the quote data to an excel file? It is a much-needed feature - Hubspot, please consider ASAP!

Custom product properties on Quotes
It seems strange that I'm able to create custom properties on Products (like notes, comment, is optional selection, serial number) but they can't be used/pulled into Quotes. I don't think any functionality will change when we sync our product librar Beitrag ansehen

Agreed, it is curious to me that you can add custom properties but not make them visible on a quote. The custom properties are not very useful to us ...Beitrag ansehen
