Product synching with Salesforce
It would be great if products information for an opportunity was included in the Salesforce integration. At the moment, opportunities/deals are passed from SF into hubspot without the products attached.

Smart Lead flows

Admin control panel for Chat
Can you please build a control panel for admins to access where they can see who is using the Messages tool and what their status is - "online" or "away mode", with the option to edit individual user's status. If the user forgets to log out a Beitrag ansehen

Managing the availability of team members on live chat
