Our Support team is struggling with the fact that we often have tickets that actually consist of two separate issues, or customers who 6 months after a ticket has been closed decide to just reply to that particular ticket to ask a -totally unrelated Beitrag ansehen

We already switched back to FreshDesk by FreshWorks due to lack of updates to the Service portion of HubSpot.

Would love to be able to customize the ticket board view. It would be helpful to choose properties to have in quick view versus clicking into.

We would like the 'Tickets' dashboard (under Service) in HubSpot to auto-refresh. The servicedesk would like to see the most recent version of this overview at all times as multiple people work on these tickets.

This is a must. We are currently using another ticket system and can't fully move to HubSpot until this is a standard in the product.
