With 17 years of sales and marketing experience under my belt, I've seen (and done) a little bit of everything. I’ve spent the majority of my career in the manufacturing and textile industries, where I developed a passion for solving complex problems. Fun fact: I was once a certified bed bug specialist (yes, that’s a thing!) through the North American Pest Management Association. I’m fluent in multiple CRM and project management platforms, including Sugar CRM, Sharpspring, Salesforce, and, of course, HubSpot. These days, I work closely with my clients to help close the HubSpot adoption gap—making sure their data is clean, their processes are streamlined, and they’re set up for success. Nothing makes me happier than sitting down with a sales team that’s in complete chaos and helping them untangle their messy processes. Oh, and I’m old enough to remember when my Blackberry’s business card scanner was the height of technology (even if it only captured a third of the info).
