Many tools already provide this, Generative AI is very good at summarising data and text, common themes and so forth. Hubspot should really provide the ability to have a summary response AI capability that accepts prompts or has some simple pre-def read more

Live chat is a really powerful channel. It feels like a real lost opportunity that we can not make annoucements through the chat channel proactively. I.e. letting users know about new functionality or services or changes.

Would be good if we were able to change the colour of the circular chat icon, or change the icon itself with photo import. (the circle before you press live chat)

Not being able to customise the chat bubble itself is pretty poor and should be a very simple option which is offered by all competitors.
