Live chat is a really powerful channel. It feels like a real lost opportunity that we can not make annoucements through the chat channel proactively. I.e. letting users know about new functionality or services or changes.

Not being able to customise the chat bubble itself is pretty poor and should be a very simple option which is offered by all competitors.

It would be very benefical to be able to change the Chat bubble icon to an icon of your choice to suit company branding. This is pretty standard across and chat provider and limits its application for alot of companies where branding is important. read more
