We really need this as well. Associate the contact that filled in the form to a custom object instead of the company object

Allow association of contacts with custom objects via workflows
We find it extremely limiting that contacts cannot be associated with custom objects via automation methods. Common use case for this would be making a custom object for "Events" and when a person registers via a HS Form, they should in turn be auto read more
