Removing context from leads (new Prospecting view)

Getting a conversion rate report
I have a horrible feeling this can't be done in a report but we recently changed our pipeline deal stages and I have now lost the conversion rate from the funnel diagram. I tried changing to "ANY" from "ALL" but that just gives me totals and not Leia mais
