There are a few othe CRM's whose mobile applications will allow you to call through the mobile app and it records the call and gives you the option to log the call outcome and notes after you hang up. This would be a great feature to have available Lire la suite

I agree. The "Call Outcome" needs to be added to the mobile UI right away. Otherwise, we can't properly log our calls from the mobile app.

When creating a task, it defaults to being due at 5 pm. There is no way to change the default for this. You need to manually change every task which is time-consuming. There should be an option for default this time to one of your choosing.

Hi, is there a way to add the side extension to google inbox (NOT gmail)? I'm not using gmail for a long, long time anymore - inbox is the future.. It's a BIG decision criteria (otherwise i'll consider prosperworks). Cheers! Lire la suite
