Create Quotes for other users

Quote design question
As you can see in my screenshot; We create quotes for our customers where we set a (1 single) price item for 1 product, without the "1 x" in front, as this is merely a way to set/show a price for our customer, and if there are no products listed Leer más

Multiple Knowledge Bases
The ability to create more than one Knowledgebase. Similar to having multiple conversation inboxes or ticket pipelines. This allows for knowledgebase segmentation. Could be for Internal Vs External or Client Vs Prospect (Sales Vs Support) Leer más
