Create Quotes for other users
As someone who often has to create quotes for other team members, I would find it very helpful to be able to easily switch the "Your Info" contact info in a quote. Currently, the quote creator is the default contact for the quote. If I need to read more

Quote design question
As you can see in my screenshot; We create quotes for our customers where we set a (1 single) price item for 1 product, without the "1 x" in front, as this is merely a way to set/show a price for our customer, and if there are no products listed read more

Multiple Knowledge Bases
The ability to create more than one Knowledgebase. Similar to having multiple conversation inboxes or ticket pipelines. This allows for knowledgebase segmentation. Could be for Internal Vs External or Client Vs Prospect (Sales Vs Support) read more
