We need a Notification that a Chat with ChatBot has been Initiated
We have this situation where I think there should be an option to be notified when a bot chat starts – this is for 2 reasons that I can think of so far: When in a testing phase. While a bot can automate most of the process it would be great to read more

Create a connector for Google DataStudio
You should create a connector for use with Google's DataStudio Application. This would help us create a more robust report for our users and we can leverage the statistics that HubSpot provides. Currently, other services like Databox can connect to read more

New generations dont use email, just instant messages (Whatsapp, messenger, line). Please, try a solution for these communication tools

Log Email always on/always off for specific contacts
I have to constantly go in to HubSpot and delete contacts and companies that I do not want emails logged for. As the business owner, there are some discussions that should not be available to all our hubspot users. I am consistently forgetting to to read more
