Allow access to bot-excluded stats even if bot-filtering is turned off
We do not have the bot-filtering functionality turned on in our portal for a few reasons (historical data/tracking would be skewed, paid content stats would massively decrease, sentiment across business units is conflicting) however on the email per read more
