It would be great to have a property with time of the first chat conversation at the contact level. When calculating metrics for lenght of lead funnel this time stamp is needed.

Yes! When managing the pipeline and helping the sales team, it would be really helpful to see Deal Name, Deal Owner, Close date and Deal Amount.

It would be great to have the ability to easily a/b test with email sequences. Certain emails within the sequence may perform better with variable wording, but there is no easily way to test this.
