Hi, Today there are 2 options for reports view: 1) Everyone 2) Only me I think it would be very beneficial to share a dashboard with specific people or teams. Thanks, Dan

Seconding this! Some dashboards really should be only visible for admins, or certain teams. I hope we can expect more share options in the future.

I have client that has a large team with many different user roles. Most of them are very similar save one or two small permissions but you have to start all over creating a new role. It would be so easy to clone and edit roles. Currently I juxta read more

Once a tag is created in the Knowledge Base it can't be deleted. So misspelled or out of date tags can still be used by the article creators. It doesn't affect the visitor/viewer of the articles, but keeping things clean and organized is a must in t read more
