Deleting a task in Salesforce should delete the task in HubSpot
We have an outbound call team that calls contacts from Salesforce using tasks created in HubSpot. Currently, if a task is deleted in Salesforce, it does not delete the task in HubSpot. This creates a lot of dupicate work as the outbound team will de Beitrag ansehen

LKennedy, I agree. This is a miss right now. Currently, if you have a task, it appears it needs to be deleted in both systems. Extra step for teams...Beitrag ansehen

Microsoft Teams Native Integration (Zoom alternative option)
This feature would be for the team and the client. There should be an alternative native integration option. Microsoft Teams is new, reliable, and trusted. I feel it is a great alternative option to zoom so users can send video link invites coming f Beitrag ansehen
