Responding to Chatbot-created ticket via e-mail.
Hi all, So right now I've set up a chatbot that asks the customer a few questions and if the customer isn't helped by that, the customer is aksed for their email and problem and then a ticket is created. So this ticket shows up in the inbox and read more

Disable automatic contact creation for specific inboxes & tickets
Hi all, So I'm running a multitude of inboxes concurrently. On some of these inboxes a lot of spam e-mail is coming in. HubSpot automatically creates contacts for these emails and obiously I don't need spammers as contacts. It is a very strenous,ti read more
