Aggregated company CSAT
As a B2B rather than B2C, we need to report on an aggregate CSAT at the company level, taking the data from the contacts linked to that company.

Knowledge Base: Last modified date and article views in the article footer.
Hi all, We need the ability to display the "Last modified" (or "Last updated") date as well as the Article views in the article footer. As you know, both types of information are available in the backend. I could therefore imagine, for example, Beitrag ansehen

Knowledge base possibility to add header/footer html code
Within the Page settings we can add header/footer html code for pages, blog,... However for your Knowledge Base subdomain you get the message: "Any changes you make won't be applied to your knowledge base pages" We have a use case with Beitrag ansehen
