Hi there ! I noticed that the first day of the week is Sunday, by default, in all reports from Reports tab. At the moment, we cannot customize it. So all metrics displayed are from Sunday to Saturday, while it moght not be consistent for our bus read more

The ticket status can be 'open' or 'closed', making the timer run or stop. I want to be able to pause the timer, the timer should then stop when a ticket is in a 'pause' status to rule out the time a ticket is waiting on the customer. open > read more

There should be more options to a task than "completed" or "not started". If we can allow sales reps to adjust and update the task status then it gives us more oversight. Would this be possible?
