Auto fill contact names
There is clearly a contact name associated with most contacts (see photo, I blacked out info for privacy) however this contact was not filled with the correct name. Is there a way to auto-fill based on this email contact name?

Admin Contacts
Lots of companies have group emails such as hello@companyname.com . It would be fantastic if there was a specific type of contact record for these contacts. This contact type typically wouldn't take a first/last name or general info but would read more

Why is HS showing UTC for all time zones?
Why is HubSpot showing "UTC" as my default time zone when it's set to EST? These are not the same thing... Every time zone is marked as UTC, this is a singular time zone at 0 longitude...
