Create formulas in custom reports (data blending)

We have the same problem! It would really help to create custom reports with formulas. Any update about this idea?

Inbox - filter tickets
More people are answering tickets and chats but these tickets appear in the ticket section and in the inbox section. To work in an efficient way I want to hide the tickets in the inbox part. This would be a nice feature to have!
