Would be great to be able to create one meeting link in which the prospect can choose either phone or F2F meeting instead of having to create different meeting links.

When a contact interacts with chat, most do not read thoroughly and don't put in their name. Instead, they go straight to their problem. This updates their contact with a ridiculous new contact name. Is there a way to eliminate this problem? read more

Once a tag is created in the Knowledge Base it can't be deleted. So misspelled or out of date tags can still be used by the article creators. It doesn't affect the visitor/viewer of the articles, but keeping things clean and organized is a must in t read more
