Yeh this sounds like it could work. I might try just using this field last contacted. I don't need to re-enrol as these are all in separate workflows...Lire la suite

Hi all, Our support team work out of ZenDesk and our account managers live in HS. If a customer emails our share email address we can create a ticker for the account managers with no issues. However, when a customer calls out the support team, Lire la suite

I've found workflow automations to be VERY helpful, and sometimes they can create tasks in bulk and streamline processes in a way that saves a LOT of time! But sometimes those tasks end up needed to get deleted in bulk too, otherwise the workflow ju Lire la suite
