Workflow - can't solve this issues

Yeh this sounds like it could work. I might try just using this field last contacted. I don't need to re-enrol as these are all in separate workflows...Beitrag ansehen

Create ticket from external system
Hi all, Our support team work out of ZenDesk and our account managers live in HS. If a customer emails our share email address we can create a ticker for the account managers with no issues. However, when a customer calls out the support team, Beitrag ansehen

I've found workflow automations to be VERY helpful, and sometimes they can create tasks in bulk and streamline processes in a way that saves a LOT of time! But sometimes those tasks end up needed to get deleted in bulk too, otherwise the workflow ju Beitrag ansehen
