Does anyone else find it frustrating that when you click on a lead in the Sales Workspace, the Recent Communication section doesn't show the initial enquiry from the customer? i.e. you have to click into the contact record to see more information b read more

Leads should not move to Attempting stage until lead owner has contacted them
