Stop Automatic Deal Associations
Hubspot "guessing" which deals to associate things with, is very unhelpful. Please let us select what we want the note/call/deal to be associated with. Notes end up associated with other deals that have nothing to do with it, making it nearly impo Beitrag ansehen

Edit Automatic Association
It seems that for any Company that Tickets, Deals, Emails, are automatically associated with one another. This makes it difficult for our sales, service or billing teams working out of HubSpot to easily interact with our customers. For example, Beitrag ansehen

OR operator for lead score property

Default Spam Settings conversations inbox
Hubspot has a few default anti spam rules. That we cannot overrule in anyway. Some of them make sense, but for others i can't understand why they are in place, and i think it should be possible to overrule them. I base this on the information found Beitrag ansehen

Associate internal message to client contact
Sometimes you want to send a message to a colleague from a conversation that you have with a client (conversation Inbox). This can be done via comments. The advantage of this is that the colleague immediately gets a notification with a reference to Beitrag ansehen
