We have staff which shifts overlap for a few hours, sometimes they end up working on the same ticket, as they don't know who is working in it or not, with Zendesk we were able to see when an agent was working with a ticket, by displaying if an agen read more

When creating a deal from a contact record, Hubspot will automatically title it as the Company Name (great) and add "- New Deal" on to the deal name as well. There is no way to configure the system so that it does not automatically do this. read more

Agreed, this is a small thing but very annoying for our team to keep deleting 'new deal' from the deal name.

We would like to be able to filter out email activity to see emails which are from a sequence and onces which are not. This would help to give us a better idea of productivity as sequence emails can skew the numbers.

Currently, you can only bulk assign tasks to one owner at a time. What if someone leaves or regions change and leads are reassigned to multiple people? It would be nice to have outstanding tasks move to the new owner once assigned.
