Legacy HubSpot Score
With the new lead-scoring app in Marketing Hub, it would be ideal to clear the values of the legacy HubSpot Score property on the contact record through a workflow. Currently, that option is grayed out when creating a workflow to clear the property. read more

Filter KB articles by date modified and improve search in Service Hub
We have received some comments from our contacts/customers regarding the filter/view and search functionality in Service Hub: KB articles and other support materials uploaded to Service Hub should display the upload date for the contact/end use read more
