More functionality for knowledge base tags

I like the tab idea! Custom survey responses could live there too instead of having to filter through the activity tab like we do now.

Show the folder the template is in please.
When viewing all email templates under Conversations > Templates. It's not that helpful to see the folders inside the main list. Please show the folder structure so I can quickly organize the massive list we have. Thank you.
