More functionality for knowledge base tags

add dependent fields to survey questions
it would be great to be able to add logic to survey questions in Hubspot. Creating a custom survey is great but we should be able to include conditional fields

Tracking feedback surveys
It would be helpful to view a contact's survey responses when you open up their contact file. There are tabs for notes, emails, calls, etc, but it would be very helpful for a tab that contains their historical responses to NPS, CES, and CSAT! A read more

I like the tab idea! Custom survey responses could live there too instead of having to filter through the activity tab like we do now.

Show the folder the template is in please.
When viewing all email templates under Conversations > Templates. It's not that helpful to see the folders inside the main list. Please show the folder structure so I can quickly organize the massive list we have. Thank you.

Template folders in select template view
When i am creating an email from a contact record, then select "insert template" ... I want to see folders not a list of templates.
