Meeting Reminder Emails
Hey! We think it would be VERY HELPFUL if the automated meeting reminder emails will include the meeting links.... we recently realized it doesn't, which seems baffling... Thanks for listening! ✌️

View a calendar of customer meetings for a group of agents
It is not easily possible to see which selected agents have meetings booked and when in a single view. Using the Google Calendar Sync does not help with this as the Round Robins used need to read both internal and external meetings to correctly disp read more
